| Within
the Rincon Beach Park there is a wonderful lookout point
that allows you a panoramic view of ocean, mountains, and
Channel Islands.
The view also lets you
watch surfers and try to spot whales that migrate through
the Santa Barbara Channel each spring.
Directions:
Take the 101 to the Bates
Road exit. Turn towards the ocean. when you
get to South Via Real, turn right.
