one of the more popular parks in town, this park has
plenty of open stretches of grass, trees and playground
facilities for the children.
It is very common to see
a soccer game or two going on a warm summer evening.
The view from this park is quite nice and it's isolated
location draws many families from the surrounding
neighborhoods.
There are no grilling,
tables or restroom facilities, so any picnic (and you will
see plenty of them) is a 'bring your own and pull up a
piece of grass' affair.
