This
park is blessed by its superb central location.
Although it's primarily home to Saturday morning soccer
games and random Frisbee gatherings, it is right next to
the beach. The broad stretch of green next to all
that sand, gives it an especially refreshing appeal.
In addition, even though
the park has no amenities of its own, the beach has
restrooms, foot wash stations, and volleyball. If
you are planning a family picnic, you will want to know
that there are no grilling facilities or picnic tables so
you will need to bring everything cooked and be prepared
to snag a large patch of grass.
